SEAL Team 7

SMALL CREW. USEFUL MISSION.

An unreasonable commitment to being useful.

01 / THE CHARTER

Change what the institution is for.

Somewhere, a good idea is stranded in a terrible document. A new person cannot find the entrance. A small community has the will to act and no readable next step. The seals have identified an opportunity.

SEAL Team 7 is a playful proposed service crew for bringing clarity, kindness, and follow-through to everyday collective work. Its equipment is modest: attention, a checklist, a sense of humor, and the willingness to finish the useful thing.

The mission is public and human-sized. Make the welcome easier. Make the instructions clearer. Leave the situation better than you found it. Then clap responsibly.

This is the founding charter: an invitation to develop the ideas below.

02 / THE PRINCIPLES

01

Notice the stranded thing.

Look for the small obstacle keeping people from taking part.

02

Help with permission.

Ask what would be useful and respect the answer.

03

Complete the handoff.

Leave a result another person can actually use.

IDEAS TO MAKE REAL.
